Can you come to us to look at our current signage?
Before any work commences we will assess all sites to determine their safety. Visiting the existing site is a vital stage before any work commences.

Can I come to your premises and discuss what I need?
Our doors are always open. We’re easily accessible and easy to find just over the lifting bridge in the centre of Poole. We’re open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm. If you want half an hour or so to discuss, just let us know.

Do you work out of hours or weekends?
We tend not to work unsocial hours, what we always do is understand any deadlines you have and aim to work to this.

How quickly can you turnaround?
We understand that deadlines are vital to work to which is why having a schedule to adhere to is imperative for a successful project.

What format do you want artwork supplied?
Artwork in a vector format is preferable (and high resolution). An EPS, PDF and AI file are all good with us. We offer an in-house design service, so if you don’t have artwork, don’t worry, we’re here for you!

Do you provide proofs before print?
We always make sure that before anything is printed, everything is double- checked and a final approval is given.

I have a van that needs graphics applied. Do I bring the van to you?
We have everything that is needed for your van at our head office. The whole process is much smoother if you drop the van off at ours and we’ll apply the graphics without interrupting your day too much.

Do you subcontract the installation side?
No, our install team are all employed by Elite Signs. No subcontractors, no hired staff, just people who understand your project from the outset.
